Northstar Strategies LLC exists to provide long term direction and operational backing for select ventures as they take shape, separate from the day to day marketing or event work those ventures may involve.
Northstar operates behind the scenes, focused on structure, direction, and key relationships rather than execution. It does not provide marketing services or produce events directly, that work is carried out by the dedicated teams and partners each venture already has in place.

Current Initiative
Northstar Strategies and GSS Aviation are bringing Vector Connect to life.
Vector Connect is a touring aviation career education event series designed to connect aspiring pilots and aviation professionals with the airlines, flight schools, and training programs that can move their careers forward. Each stop is a half day event bringing students, instructors, and industry partners together for education, direct access, and career guidance, hosted at regional aviation venues across the country.
The series is built through a full partnership between Northstar Strategies and GSS Aviation, with the two organizations working together on every part of the initiative, from programming and venue strategy to sponsor relationships and event operations. Vector Connect kicks off with GoJet Airlines in October 2026, with other airlines joining the series as it grows. The inaugural Vector Connect event is set for October 16, 2026 in the Orlando, Florida area.
